Five Pounds in One Day!
Okay, I know this can't be "normal" but I lost five pounds in my first day of doing Weight Watchers. And I wasn't even following it fully (I had a bowl of Rice Chex last night when I got really hungry). I don't plan on starting it full-blast until Monday.

I'm still going to soak it all in, though and celebrate for today. Hooray!

Hi, Are you still trying to lose weight? I didn't see any recent posts.
I'm assuming WW is Weight Watchers?

I'm following a different kind of eating plan- one that basically manages your insulin production thus controlling both your hunger and mood swings as well as being very healthy.

The bonus is that for 70 minutes each day you can eat what you want which helps me not to feel deprived.

Anyway I'd love to hear from you at my blog www.meltingmaribeth.com

Mindset is very important when it comes to losing weight. I sue hypnotherapy to help clients get in the zone and I have a nutritional therapist to get their general diet right. If your mind is working against you it is very difficult to stay focussed. Weight Loss Southampton Take a look at my website to see how we do it.
