10 Pound Mark! |
I did it! 10 pound loss baby!!! Today was weigh-in and I'm at 160.8 pounds, which is EXACTLY ten pounds lost. My goal this week is to not gain and hopefully even get into the 150's, despite leaving for vacation tomorrow.
Here are my stats so far:
Height: 5'9" Starting Weight: 170.8 Today's Weight (5th week): 160.8 Goal Weight: 145 Pounds Left Until 10%: 7 Pounds Left Until Goal: 15

Woohoo! Good for you. It's awesome to celebrate a milestone with a zero on the end of it.
Good goal for vacation--just to maintain and not gain. Be active and enjoy a treat now and then so you don't feel deprived. The extra vacation fun will work off any excess food.

You were so right, Laura! I behaved on Friday night and ate at Applebees with my family.
Then, I took it easy for breakfast Saturday and Sunday and never really had time for lunch.
So when I indulged in dinner both Saturday and Sunday night (as well as cake...lots of it!) I didn't feel deprived.
And I made sure to stay active. I don't think I sat down much until bedtime the whole weekend.
I'm so happy I got to have fun, indulge a little and STILL lose weight. YAY!

I've lost 20 pounds so far, i've been on the same diet for 2 months, im very happy with the result thus far. I eat the same thing every day, 3 meals and 3 snacks and lots of water..:), my goal is to lose 50. I'm almost halfway there, whoo hoo.

I like your blog! Keep at it! losing weight has so much to do with "what not to eat" i found out. When I started following a strict eating plan, it made the exercise part really have an effect on my body tone. Here's an article that you might find helpful, lose body fat, basic stuff but it works!
